"Art and his son Chuck know what customer service is! Due to the nature of their business and the weather here in Oregon we had to wait for a bit for our turn but that should be expected. We were patient and when it was our turn we were excited to see the work happen. Chuck Fry was here so much over the duration of the project that we started to feel like he was family. My two little kids were so interested in the drilling of our well and the well drilling rig. They were constantly asking Chuck questions about everything and he seamed happy to take the time to explain things to them._Our well up on Bly mountain had some challenges but Chuck was able to do the job right. It was very clear to me that he cares deeply about doing good quality work. I've had many contractors and service men who don't give a flip about quality work and only wanted to squeeze every last dime out of me. Everyone I've spoken to in the Klamath and Bonanza area all say the Fry Industries is the best. I absolutely agree with this! I'm so happy that I hired them. We had no water on our property before and now we do. If I ever need any additional work there is no one else I would even consider calling except Fry Industries. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!"
